Live happily ever after

We all want to be happy. But we sometimes think of happiness as a thing that happens to us - something we have no control over. It's easy to link the idea of happiness with the situation we're in. We might tell ourselves, "If only things were different, then I'd be happy." 

Part of happiness depends on personality. Some people have a naturally happy nature. We all know people who are cheerful and optimistic most of the time. Their upbeat personalities make it easier for us to be happy. A big part of how happy we are depends on our mindset, the habits we practice, and the way we live each day. By learning the key of happiness, we can use them to become happier. 

For me we can live happily when we don't have problems, and stress. We should avoid these things because it may ruined our mood. For us to have a happy life let us think our unforgettable memories we had.

"Ayoko na pagod na ako" this may be sound familar to every one of us. We want to give up because of those challenges we are experiencing right now but how can we overcome these things? Teens like us are now experiencing challenges like stress,depression, and etc because of these things we need someone who can support us and that is our family. They said that our families should know first our problems but now we use to tell our problems with our friends rather than our families. It is so sad to hear that most of the teenagers tend to become rebellious or just use drugs just to overcome these problems. Some of them feel free whenever they do because of being alone in a crowd or in short their families are distant. We cannot really overcome these challenges when we use drugs or become rebellious because the only thing or person that would really help us is our family.

Who we are

       To know ourselves is our first priority. How can we realistically set goals, go about life and have successful relationships of we don't know who we are or who we want. Not knowing ourselves will lead to confusion and wasting much time in hit and miss situation. We tend to underestimate the importance of knowing ourselves. Many of us go through each day reacting to events and just getting by rather than making conscious choices based on who we are and what we want. Ways to be aware of ourselves are strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, observ and be aware of our moods, reactions and responses to what is happening around us and last observe how our environment affects us. If we are aware of ourselves, we can actually built our confidence because we know that we can do things on our own.
